Not too bad of a day today. I went to school, drank some coffee with hazelnut creamer, taught two classes, and was released at 11:00! I said hi to another teacher who told me that there was a special lunch today for the teachers. I wanted to get home as soon as possible, so I just retrieved my own lunch from the fridge and took a burrito to go. As I walked to my car, I listened to a voicemail asking me to call back for an interview at a local Christian school. I only applied on Friday (about four days ago) and now have an interview for a part-time English position at a school that is only seven miles/twenty minutes from my house. We shall see!
Now I'm home. I read some blog posts, toodled around the internet, pruned a tree in our side yard, washed the dishes, and am now waiting for Amos to wake up.
