Lonely

Do you know what lonely is?

Is it something society imposes on you because it says you need to have someone to love and who loves you?

Is it something you impose on yourself because you feel like you need someone?

Is it something external from both yourself and society, something that is the result of the Fall?
Do only single people feel lonely?

Will I have to feel lonely for the rest of my life?

Why lonely?

May I be lonely for the full companionship of Jesus Christ until He comes again...until then, Lord, comfort my lonely heart.
