It is the last day of the first month of 2016.
Yesterday Amos and I finished our fifth books for the year. Here is a quote from my book, An Ordinary Woman's Extraordinary Faith: The Autobiography of Patricia St. John:
And I have come to believe that "wholly sanctified" means clean and obedient at that point where God has shined his light. We have a merciful God, and he does not shine his noonday sun in the morning. If he showed us once for all the unguessed depths of pride and selfishness in our natures, most of us would despair and give up. Little by little, life reveals, and the gentle challenge comes over and over again, "Wilt thou be made clean?" and on each occasion that we answer, 'Yes, at any cost!" he accepts us and comes to sanctify us and works through us.
